By accessing or using NexusAI's Universal AI Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

NexusAI provides a Universal AI Platform that includes:

• Text Chat API for conversational AI
• Voice API for speech-to-text and text-to-speech
• Vision AI for image analysis and processing
• Real-time communication capabilities
• Custom AI agent development tools
• Business logic adapters for specialized use cases

3. Account Registration and API Keys

3.1 Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must purchase credits before receiving an API key

3.2 Credit Purchase Requirement

• Minimum purchase of $5.00 (5,000 credits + 20% bonus = 6,000 credits)
• Payment via MTN Mobile Money (Liberia) only
• API keys are generated automatically after successful payment
• No free tier or trial period is available

4. Payment and Billing

4.1 Payment Methods

• Currently, we only accept MTN Mobile Money (Liberia)
• Payments must be made from Liberian MTN numbers (+231XXXXXXXX)
• All transactions are processed in USD

4.2 Credit System

• Services are charged on a per-credit basis
• Credit consumption varies by operation type
• No refunds for unused credits
• Credits do not expire

4.3 Billing Disputes

Contact support@bits-innovate.com within 30 days of any billing dispute. We will investigate and resolve legitimate disputes promptly.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

• Building applications and services using our APIs
• Creating AI agents for legitimate business purposes
• Processing text, voice, and image data for your applications
• Integrating our services into your products

5.2 Prohibited Uses

• Illegal activities or content generation
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• Spam, phishing, or malicious activities
• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack our services
• Sharing API keys or account credentials
• Excessive or abusive API usage
• Adult content or explicit material generation
• Misinformation or deepfake creation

6. API Usage and Rate Limits

6.1 Rate Limiting

• API calls are subject to rate limiting based on your credit balance
• Excessive usage may result in temporary throttling
• Contact support for enterprise rate limit adjustments

6.2 Service Availability

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee continuous availability
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• Service interruptions will not result in credit refunds

7. Content and Data

7.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you input into our services
• You grant us a license to process your content to provide services
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to submit content

7.2 Data Usage

• We may use your data to improve our AI models and services
• You can opt out of data usage for AI training
• Enterprise customers have enhanced data protection options

• Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected
• The platform's underlying technology is proprietary

• You own applications built using our services

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

• Third-party services may have their own limitations

10.2 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Your Right to Terminate

• You may delete your account at any time
• Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination
• Your data will be deleted according to our retention policy

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• We may terminate accounts for illegal or harmful activities

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Liberia. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Liberia.

Before pursuing legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation or mediation.
